Chicken Patties with Feta Cheese

Chicken patty or we can also called as chicken burger is easy and simple to make at home.This chicken burger or patty is not a normal patty but was infused with feta cheese and other spices to make it taste special..The meat texture was soft,smooth and moist.Beside that this chicken patty is healthy and delicious!!

Ingredients:
3 pounds minced chicken 1 cup feta cheese 1/4 cup Romano cheese 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1 tbsp sea salt 1 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp paprika 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 stalk  of cilantro ,washed and chopped 1 egg 4-6 tbsp cooking oil

Method:

1:Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl,mix well with a spatula.Dip hands in water before use 2 tbsp to scoop  chicken mixture onto your palm and roll it into a flat patty.Repeat the same procedure for all the remaining chicken mixture.

2:Heat a pan at medium heat,drizzling with 2 tbsp oil.Place 2 patties on the pan.Pan fry both side until golden brown.

3:Remove patties from pan and serve warm on bread as sandwich or by itself.Dip with your desire sauce.
