Beetroot,Apple and Carrot Fresh Juice

It's been ages since I posted any new entry .I was on vacation for the last couple of months. Now I'm back and promised to update my blog as frequent as I can. While we away in Asia,we ate alot of oily and fried foods. Although fried and oily foods taste good and yummy but the consequence might be harmful to our health. One of my long time friend keep telling me how good is the beetroot doing to our body. She advised me to eat it as much as I can but the problem is I not use to the flavor(taste) of raw beets. So in order to consume a large quantity of beets in our daily diet,I used beets and other fruits to make juice.Actually the taste is not bad at all ,if you mix it with other fruits like apple, plum and carrot. These colorful root vegetables contain powerful nutrient compounds that help protect against heart disease, birth defects and certain cancers, especially colon cancer.Beetroot is relatively cheap and can found in any farm market or foodmart here.

2 medium size beetroot,peeled and cut 1/2
2 green or red apple, cut  to 4 pieces and removed the core
6 medium size carrot,peeled
2 plum,removed seeds

Prepare clean juice extract machine.Any brand will do.
Make 2 glasses of juice
Some crushed ice

1:Wash and peel all the fruit and vegetables. Then cut fruits and vegetables into the size that can fit into the juice extractor feeder.Make sure the machine parts are in place before it's started.
2:Alternate feeding fruits and vegetables when extracting the juice into 2 portion or glasses to get the well balance mixed in taste.
3:Recycle or scoop the pulps into the juice machine feeder at the end to get more juice if the pulps is still wet.(don't waste)
4:Toss some crushed ice into the glasses.Serve chilled.
