Ingredients:
3 pieces boneless tilapia
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 cup green pea(thawed)
1/2 cup spinach
1 medium onion,peeled and slice
4 tbsp butter
Method:
1:Preheat oven to 400 F.Rub salt and ground pepper on the fish.Place green pea,fish ,spinach,butter and onion in the baking dish.
2:Bake fish in oven for 20-30 minutes.Remove from oven and serve immediately.
