Spaghetti Shrimp and Turkey SPAM with Garlic and Olive Oil

Here is another post of my Thanksgiving dinner dishes. This spaghetti is really delicious and easy to make.I added some leftover turkey SPAM,shrimp and stir-fry with olive oil and fresh garlic.Lastly I tossed some rosemary before dish out...

1/2 pack or pound of spaghetti or any type of pasta, cooked al-denta or accordingly to the instruction on the back of the box.(save 1 cup liquid for cooking)
1 medium onion,peeled and sliced
15 shrimp,clean and deviened
1/2 cup turkey Spam,cut diced
5-6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and sliced
handful shredded carrot
1 sprig rosemary
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste

1:Heat large skillet at medium heat.Add in sliced garlic and olive oil.Fry for 30 seconds before toss in shrimp.Fry shrimp lightly on both side, then dish out,set aside.
2:Add diced turkey Spam into the skillet, fry for 1 minute.Add in spaghetti, water from boiling pasta, onion ,shredded carrot and salt  (remember don't add too much salt if you want to sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese later).Toss the pasta with clipper for 10 minutes  or longer before add in rosemary.
3:Lastly toss in shrimp and grated Parmesan cheese before dish out and serve warm.
