Another Thanksgiving dinner post! don't worried this might be the last Thanksgiving dinner post.lol! I likes Brussel sprout but not my family especially my daughter!! I heard someone said to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner without Brussel sprout is like Christmas without Santa Claus!! That statement sound hilarious or maybe too extreme, right? Don't worry I make up that remark!! I think I can count on how many times I bought Brussel Sprout to cooked for my family. All I can said is that I really enjoy Brussel Sprout even though it's taste slight bitter but the texture is quite creamy like butter when you cooked well.
Ingredients:
2 lbs Brussel Sprout, remove outer few layers, steamed or microwave or boiled until soft about 15 minutes
10 strip cooked crispy bacon, chopped small
1/2 cup diced turkey ham
handful shredded carrot
6-7 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced
4 tbsp olive oil
handful grated Parmesan cheese*optional*
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp ground pepper powder
Method:
1:Steamed or boiled or microwave Brussel sprout until soft, remove and set aside.Use a large skillet at medium heat.Add in olive oil and garlic, fry for 1 minute .
2:Toss in diced turkey ham, saute for 2 minutes before toss in cooked Brussel sprout, shredded carrot, chicken bouillon powder and ground pepper, mix well.
3:Add in grated Parmesan cheese and cooked bacon, mix well.Taste the seasoning.(If added extra bacon salt reduced it's advisable).Dish out and serve warm.

Thank you for sharing your recipe. It looks yummy so I'll definitely try it out. It's a good thing I have an australian meat company which supplies me fresh ham and bacon so I can make sure I only give the best and the freshest food to my family.
