Ingredients:
I box ready baked fillo,15 pieces or use any fillo dough in tart mould
8 oz or 1 box cream cheese,room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
150 ml whipping cream or heavy cream
colorful sprinkle or fresh berries for topping
1:Use toaster or oven to re-heat the baked fillo shells again*optional*.Cool completely,set aside.If you use fillo sheets,use mini tart mould to bake the shell for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
2:Combine cream cheese and sugar in mixer.Whip the ingredients at medium speed for about 8-10 minutes or until light and fluffy.Then add in whipping cream,whip again until well combined.
3:Remove cream cheese mixture from mixer to pipping bag.Use M1 tip or your desire # tip to pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the fillo shells.Top with fresh fruit or sprinkle.Serve as appetizer or desert.

I'd say this is the perfect recipe in order to make during my daughter's party, because she wants an special party and this is the best way to show her my passion and I love.
