If you have gathering or party for friends and family, this Fried Bacon Wrapped with Shrimp is an ideal dish to serve!

enough oil for frying
tartar sauce on side
Method:
1: Shelled and deveined shrimp.Season with white pepper and fine salt for 10 minutes.Fold wonton wrapper into 1/2 before place shrimp to roll it up.Use some water to stick the edges together if needed. Then use 1/2 bacon strip to roll again.Place wrapped shrimp on a clean plate.Repeat the same procedure until gone!
2:Heat fryer or deep skillet with oil at medium high heat.Place wrapped shrimp into the hot oil,fry for 2-36 minutes or until golden brown on the bacon..

Pretty food photo and look tasty as usual style Beachlover.;)
Nice, I would have never thought of using wonton wrappers as a coating to fry shrimp in. This seems like a much easier process than anything I've ever tried. I like it!
