
1 box Penna ( 1 lb)
10 cloves garlic (chopped)
5 lbs fresh plum tomato (blend)
1/ 2 lb prosciutto (cut cube or sliced)
1 cup vodka
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Garnishing:
cilantro or parsley and red pepper flake *optional*

Method:
1:Fill a large stockpot with water at high heat.Let the water rolling boil,add in salt and pasta ,cook until al dented,sieved set aside or cook accordingly to the box instruction .
2:Blend clean and cut plum tomato until fine or puree.Prepare stock pot at medium heat with butter oil,add in garlic ,fry until lightly brown not burn.Add in prosciutto and vodka,let it simmer until vodka burn out.Then add in blended tomato sauce,increase heat to high,until rolling boil.
3:Add in grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream.Let's simmer again for 12 minutes at medium heat.Lastly add in salt and pepper to taste.
4:Dish the sauce over Penna and serve warm .But I prefer to mix the sauce with Penna in a small pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes,let's the sauce absorbs into Penna.Sprinkle with cilantro and grounds red pepper flake.

oo vodka! I've never had that with pasta before, wonder how it tastes like.
Penne is also my fav kind of pasta. I will always request for penne if I eat at Restaurant. I never order this before. It looks really good and I bet it taste heavenly too!
