1 Mango(peel and sliced)

1 large onion(peel and sliced)

1 green pepper(sliced )

20 shrimp(clean deviened)

2 tbsp Sambal belacan paste

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

1 lime( extract juice)

1:Wash and cut, shrimp, vegetable and mango.

2:Heat skillet with oil at high heat, add sambal belacan paste, fry for 1-2 minutes.

3:Add in shrimp ,mango and vegetables, stir fried for 3-5 minutes. Then add sugar and salt, mixed well.Removed from heat.Add in extract lime juice before serve warm with rice.

If you want your mango crunchy ,use unripe mango.if you don't have lime, you can replace with tamarind powder or apple cider vinegar.Enjoy:)
