1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecan ( lightly roasted)
Preheat oven to 325 F.Prepare 24 mini muffin pan.
For the crust:
1:Combine cream cheese and butter in a mixer,mix well before add in flour.Make sure all the ingredients well blended and form a smooth dough.
2:Divide the dough in 24 balls or more.Press the ball into mini muffin pans.
3:Combine egg, brown sugar and vanilla in a container,mix well.
4:Place some crushed pecan into the prepared mini pan with dough.Then fill the egg mixture into the mini cups until 3/4 full.
5:Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown.Cool 5 minutes before remove tassies from pans to cooling rack.
6:Cool completely before store in air tight container.
