350 gm bread flour or high protein flour,plus some for dusting
5 gm milk powder
1 tsp bread improver
50 gm granulated or castor sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
200 gm cold milk (1%)
6 gm instant active yeast
few drop pandan essence
30 gm unsalted butter
1 cup shredder cheese
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water for brushing
1:Prepare a electric mixer,combined (A)+(B) into a mixer at medium speed,mix well.
2:Remove the dough from mixer and place on a flour counter.Add in (C).Knead with hand the dough to form a smooth dough.
3:When the dough become elastic,that means it's the right texture.Place dough in a container with cover (damp clothes or saran wrap) and let it prove for 30 minutes or double size.
4:When the dough was double size,use your fist to press out the air from the dough.Place the dough in your desire pan.Brush the top with egg wash before sprinkle some shredded cheese on the top.
5:Bake at 350 F or 180 c or until golden brown on the top for 30 minutes.Remove bread from pan and serve warm.
