Broiled Tilapia with Green Pea and Onion in Butter

Fish is a vital source of food for people. It is man’s most important single source of high-quality protein, providing ∼16% of the animal protein consumed by the world’s population.Fish is a healthy source of  food if eat moderately.Tilapia is rapidly becoming one of the most popular seafood in the United States.Fresh Tilapia fillets low in fat, low calorie, low carbohydrate and are high in protein.The best way to cook tilapia is to bake,fried or steam..No much seasoning needed when cooking fish.


3 pieces boneless tilapia
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 cup green pea(thawed)
1/2 cup spinach
1 medium onion,peeled and slice
4 tbsp butter


1:Preheat oven to 400 F.Rub salt and ground pepper on the fish.Place green pea,fish ,spinach,butter and  onion in the baking dish.
2:Bake fish in oven for 20-30 minutes.Remove from oven and serve immediately.
