Italian Sweet Sausage Pizza

Hubby and Mishu loves pizza very much. They must have pizza at least once a week. But some pizza store don't have their favorite topping like sweet pizza. So in order for them to enjoy their urge I promised to use their favorite topping to make pizza at home..Sweet sausage is an ideal topping to use on pizza.

2 cups bread flour(high protein flour),plus extra for dusting
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry active instant yeast
1 cup warm water (110 F).
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil

5 link sweet sausage, fried and slice
1 bottle marinara sauce
2 large onion,peeled and slice
1 large bell pepper,slice
2 cups shredded yellow cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1:In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
2:In a large bowl, combine 2 cups bread flour, olive oil, salt, white sugar and the yeast mixture; stir well to combine. Beat well until a stiff dough has formed. 3:Divide the dough into 2 portion.Cover and rise until doubled in volume, about 30 minutes.Turn dough out onto a well floured surface. Form dough into a  ball shape and roll out into a pizza crust shape. Let it proof for double size.
4: Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Fry  sweet sausage lightly, then slice.
Cover with sweet sausage, bell pepper, onion, cheese and marinara sauce.
5:Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.Cut and serve warm.
