Homemade Garlic Bread

I bought 3 loafs of Italian bread for $2.50.The store sold one for $0.99 and 3 for $2.50.Italian bread must eat within one or two days before goes stale..Of course,we can't finish 3 loaf in two days.In order for the loaf to maintain it's freshness,I have a weird idea to make garlic bread myself since we still  have 1 1/2 loaf left..Mishu and hubby love this garlic bread dearly..Both of them rush to grab it immediately when it's came out from oven.







 Ingredients:
1 loaf Italian bread,but into 2 pieces and slit in between into half
2 bulbs of fresh garlic,peeled and minced
1 stick butter
1 tsp salt

 Method:
1:Combine butter,garlic and salt in a medium bowl,mix well.Preheat oven to 325 F.Prepare baking sheet with wire rack.
2:Use butter knife to spread the garlic mixture all over the cut loaf..Grill for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
3:Serve warm.
