Breaded Fried Chicken Cutlet with Pasta

Chicken cutlet is popular meat dish among children and adult.Cooking this dish is no brainier at all.You can use any of your desire seasoning for this chicken cutlet but I still prefer the simple and easy seasoning:salt, pepper and garlic powder..Enjoy!!







Ingredients:
1 whole boneless chicken breast,slice it horizontally from the thick end to the thin end into 1/4-inch-thick cutlets or into 2 pieces.Use tenderizer to pound the meat before seasoning.
1 tbsp ground pepper powder
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp garlic powder

Coating:
1/2 cup all purpose flour +1/2 cup rice flour+1 tsp salt
1 egg + 3 tbsp milk
1/2 canola oil




Method:
1:Season the chicken cutlet with salt ,pepper and garlic powder for 30 minutes.Mix both flours with salt thoroughly in ziploc bag.
2:Heat fryer with oil or skillet with oil at medium high heat.Beat eggs in bowl with milk for dipping.Coat chicken cutlet with flour mixture before dip into eggs mixture and then to flour mixture again.
3:Slowly place the coated chicken into the hot oil 350 F.Fry the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.Remove chicken cut from fryer onto a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
4:Cut chicken cutlet int 6-8 pieces.Serve with avocado,tomato and pasta.

Sometimes simple classic recipes are good enough - and it doesn't get much more classic than breaded chicken breast fillet. Personally, I add a few more herbs and spices than that just to keep things interesting.
