These days our weather is beautiful and nice consider we're still in Spring season.Fresh fruits and vegetables are abundant and sold everywhere at reasonable price.These days Mishu and hubby both like fruits for their diet especially grapefruit,oranges,watermelon,banana,strawberry and many more..But sometime these fruit only look pretty and good on the outside but it's sweet less or tasteless in the inside..So what should I do with it now? I decided to make fruit salad for my lunch..Actually,this kind of fruit salad is pretty delicious and healthy to eat daily for lunch..Just toss some lemon juice,salt and apple vinegar into the cut fruits,chill and serve with lunch.
1 large Haitian mango,peeled and sliced
1 nos large pink grapefruit,peeled and cut
1 red pepper,sliced thin*optional*
1 stalk cilantro,washed and cut
I large lemon,cut and squeesh
fine salt to taste
apple vinegar to taste
1:Toss all the cut mango and grapefruit in a large salad bowl.Combine sliced red pepper,cilantro,salt ,lemon juice and vinegar,mix well.
2:Chill ,serve as salad or appetizer.
