
So sorry I have neglected this blog for more then a month..Well since I'm still on vacation in Malaysia,I think you will forgive me. When I was food shopping with mom I saw spaghetti sauce on sale.I suggested to my mom that I should try to cook meat sauce spaghetti one day..Since my family in Malaysia doesn't take beef,my mom promised she will get lean minced pork to make the sauce.Sure she did..here you goes...Pork meat sauce spaghetti!!

Ingredients:
1 pack spaghetti,cook al dente or accordingly to the instruction
1 lb minced lean minced pork
1 bottle Tradition red meat sauce
1 tbsp chicken boullion powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 red medium onion,diced
2 red tomato,diced
2 tbsp oil
ground black pepper
3-4 tbsp ketchup*optional*
1 cup pasta water(reserved cooked pasta water)

Method:
1:Cook pasta al denta or accordingly to the instruction on the back of the packages.Reserved 1 cup of pasta water,drain pasta before toss in some butter mix well then set aside.
2:Heat a stock pot at medium heat with oil.Add in garlic,fry until fragrant.Then add in minced pork,stir with spatula for 10 minutes and add in diced tomato and onion.Stir the ingredients for 5 minutes.Then add in spaghetti sauce,water from pasta,chicken bouillon powder,ketchup,ground black pepper ,sugar and salt,stir well with spatula.Remove from heat.
3:Dish a small portion pasta into a large plate,scoop the meat sauce on the pasta.Serve warm immediately.
