This year we had quite a feast for our Thanksgiving dinner.One of the dishes ,I cooked was Roasted Asparagus with Bacon.This dish is so easy and simple to make,not to said it's also delicious!! Anyone can make this extraordinary dish in no time!! No recipe book needed ! it's also no brainier !!.All I needed to do was to wrapped the asparagus with bacon !! no not need extra seasoning or flavoring added since bacon it's have enough flavoring that taste good! Then at the same time I roasted this dish at the upper rack with roasted turkey..save time and $$$!! This dish is ideal to present as an appetizer for party or regular dinner.
Ingredients:
1 lb or I pack of thick center cut bacon(any brand)
1 bundle or 1 lb medium size asparagus,washed and remove 1 inch at bottom
Method:
1:Wrapped bacon over 2 or 3 asparagus from head to bottom.(2 stripe bacon needed )Repeat the same procedure until finish.
2:Place an aluminum foil over a small baking sheet or tray.Preheat oven to 400F.Place wrapped bacon asparagus on the tray.
3:Bake bacon asparagus for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Turn the bacon asparagus over and bake for another 10 minutes..
4:Remove bacon asparagus from oven to a plate .Serve warm .

I never try asparagus warp with asparagus before since bacon is rarely to find here in Indonesia, but tq fr hsaring the recipe, I'll try another time when I found the bacon since asparagus is one of my fav veggie :)
