1 pack fresh cheese ravioli pasta,1 1/2 lbs,cooked1 whole boneless chicken,cut diced,about 300 gm
10 shrimp,shelled and deviened
1 jar/1 lb Italian pasta sauce(Original flavor) any brand,
1 cup chicken broth or water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ground black pepper powder
1/2 cup Romano grated cheese
salt to taste
3-4 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1:Prepare large stock pot with hot at high heat.When water rolling boil,add in few drop of oil and ravioli.Cook ravioli for 10 minutes or until it's floated.Remove cooked ravioli from heat.
2:Heat a large deep skillet with olive oil and garlic at medium heat.Fry garlic until fragrant,add in chicken,sugar,ground pepper,grated Romano cheese and pasta sauce.Stir the pasta until bubbly,then use large sieve to remove ravioli from stock pot into pasta sauce.
3:Cook for another 10 minutes or until it's bubbly.Check the seasoning.( I microwave shrimp for 2 minutes) or add in shrimp into the sauce for 2-3 minutes before remove from heat.Dish out ,sprinkle with grated cheese before serve warm.
