Bread Machine:Honey Flaxseed Meal Whole Bread

Last week I forget to get new loaf of whole wheat bread from the store while food shopping.Instead of running out again to the store,I suggested to hubby that I should make whole wheat bread at home since I have plenty of unbleached flour, whole wheat flour and bread machine. As for bread we only buy whole wheat bread because it's has better health nutrient than white bread.Having bread machine at home really make our life easier when making bread. All I have to do is measure the ingredients and dump everything in the machine.Just press the function button, there it's goes...No need to remove the dough after mixing or move the dough to pan or to bake in oven.. I added honey and bread improver to make the bread extra soft and tangy sweet.

Ingredients :
2 cups Water (room temperature)
2 tbsp Melted Butter
2 tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 cups White Flour, Unbleached or Bread Flour
2 tsp Yeast, Active Dry
2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal*optional*
1 tbsp Bread Improver *optional*

1:All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the whole wheat bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.
2:After the dough cycle finish remove the blade from the pan.Let the dough proof accordingly before the bake cycle start.Remove pan from machine after bake cycle done with beep.
3:Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before remove from pan and slice.Makes 2 lb loaf (13 slices or more).
