Ingredients:
Top layer:(A)
1 pack Almond Flavor gelatin (130 gm)
300 ml water
Bottom Layer:(B)
3 tbsp gelatin
500 ml water
1/2 cup sugar or to taste
food coloring ( red,blue and green)
1:Prepare a small stock pot with water at medium low heat.Pour almond flavor gelatin (A)into the pot,keep stirring until dissolved.
2:Wash all the mould with cold water.When almond flavor gelatin bubbly boil,remove from heat immediately.Pour into the mould about 1 inch.Remove any bubble on the surface if any.
3:Transfer all the almond flavor gelatin moulds to fridge for 30 minutes or until it's harden.
4:Wash the stock pot and fill with (B) at medium low heat.Keep stirring until it's dissolved.When bubble boil,divided into small container to mix with your favourite color.Then pour on top of the almond flavor gelatin moulds.
5:Remove any bubbles on the top if any.Transfer back to fridge for another 20-30 minutes.Remove from mould and place on the plates.Serve cold .
