3 cans (6 oz)of Albacore tuna(prefer in water not oil)remove water
4 tbsp mayonnaise,plus extra if too dry (low fat version)
salt and ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp Parmesan grated cheese
1:Remove cooked pasta to collard.Run pasta under cold water for 1 minute .Prepare a medium large bowl with mayonnaise,Parmesan grated cheese ,tuna,salt and pepper,mix well.
2:Add in cold pasta,toss well with mayonnaise mixture..Chill pasta in fridge before serve cold as appetizer or salad.
