Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken wing,cut to 3 part eg :middle,drumets and tips
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
*marinate above ingredients in Ziploc bag for 3 hours or overnight*
For Coating:
1 cup all purpose flour,sifted
1/4 cup corn flour
1 tbsp salt+
1 tsp ground pepper
enough oil for frying
For Hot Sauce :
5 tbsp or more Louisiana-brand hot sauce or Tabasco sauce, add more if you want more spicy
2 tbsp ketchup,add more if you want mild hot
1 tbsp sugar
*Mix well in a bowl*
1:Washed and clean chicken wings ,make sure all feather is off!!.Marinate 3 hours or overnight in Ziploc bag.
2:Prepare fryer or deep skillet with oil at medium high heat.Coated wing with flour mixture and place into hot oil,do not over crowded the fryer!! Fry wing until crisp and light golden brown,then dish out to paper towel to drain the excess oil.Repeat the same procedure until finish.
3:Heat skillet at low heat,add in hot sauce and fried wings.Toss lightly ,removed immediately from heat and serve warm with blue cheese dressing.
