Baked Cereal Sole Fish

Cereal is a healthy food especially it's contains of proteins, calcium, iron, sodium, magnesium, fiber and B-complex vitamins. When I was blog hopping I see quite alot of blogger used cereal to cook or to bake cookies.It's quite a popular ingredients today to use when we bake or cook.Recently I bought a packet of ready Pre-mixed cereal from Asian market ,plan to use it to bake with chicken or fish for Mishu.At last minute I change my mind to use the Pre-mixed cereal . I still have few package of loose cereal sitting on the table .Why not finish up the loose cereal first,right?








Ingredients:
6 pieces of boneless fillet Sole fish,previously frozen,thawed
1 tsp salt + 1 tsp ground white pepper
*rub salt and ground pepper all over the fish*


1 cup all purpose flour,sifted
1/4 cup corn flour
1 tbsp salt + 1 tbsp ground
*mix above ingredients together*


2 eggs,beaten + 1/4 cup milk


1 cup any type of cereal,plus extra if needed
No-Stick Cooking Spray

Method:
1:Prepare aluminum foil over a baking sheet.Preheat oven to 375 F.
2:Coat seasoning fish into the flour mixture thoroughly then dip into egg mixture before coat with cereal.
3:Spray No-Stick Cooking Spray all over the aluminum foil before place the coated fish on it.
4:Bake coated fish in oven for 20-30 minutes or until lightly brown.Remove fish from oven and serve warm with tartar sauce or ketchup

Oh yep, I love to use cereal instead of bread crumbs to coat the fish. And they are very good.

This is so much healthier than the fried one. I too like the used my unfinished cereal for my bake chicken fingers.
