Ingredients:
4 pieces skinless boneless chicken breast,butterfly and pounded
1 lb ham,cold cut
8 pieces Swiss cheese
2 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp salt

For coating:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 corn flour
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
1:Season pounded chicken with salt and ground black pepper for 1 hour or longer.Combine corn flour, all purpose flour and salt in a flat tray.Beat egg and add in milk in a deep container,set aside.
2:Placed 4 thin slices ham (you can use lesser if the cut is thick) and 2 pieces Swiss cheese in the center of the boneless chicken breast within 1 inch of the edges.Carefully fold the chicken to cover the ham and cheese.
3:Heat skillet at medium low heat with 2-4 tbsp oil.Dip wrapped boneless with egg mixture then coat with flour mixture thoroughly.Slowly place coated chicken into the skillet,cook the chicken till lightly golden brown on each side,about 3-5 minutes.
4:Preheat oven to 375 F.Place cooked boneless chicken in a oven safe baking dish,bake for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
5:Remove chicken from oven,cut and serve warm

I love bread with savory stuffs, just like chicken , ham or sausages. This is lovely.
Quite tough for you ya, always have to cook a different dish for your hubby. But you are a good wife, always prepare something nice for him. Others might just settled for salad or sandwiches of ham or turkey they made themselves.

actually this dish is easy and simple to cook...I seared all the chicken and take out one by one later each day to bake whenever hubby want his dinner..hope you like this:)

aiyooo not really good wifey..but thanks for your compliments..I didn't make breakfast or lunch for hubby,he just eat cold cut sandwich or pizza..only cook dinner for him .... my mom advise me to cook atleast one meal for him lor! so usually I cook larger quantity and he can eat the next lunch or breakfast..he don't mind few days food as long as it's editable..

thank you..actually few pieces of ham came out,then I butterfly the chicken to max and spread the meat flat out again before tuck the ham in....
