Oregano and Mesquite Pork Ribs

Every summer my Oregano garden never fail me.Actually last 2 years I mowed down the whole Oregano garden after summer but to my surprise it's came back again but at different spot. This summer I 'm going to fully utilise my Oregano herbs for my cooking..I sniped few Oregano plants and spread all over the whole pork ribs after rub with Mesquite flavor dry rub. Then slowly baked for hours..the result is really great,full of herby flavor and juicy meat. If you're planning for bbq meal,you might consider using Oregano herbs to infused in the meat for extra flavor!! it's amazing good!
Ingredients:
1 full rack pork ribs,removed excess fat and bone on the sides,then make few incision on the meat
5 tbsp Mesquite rub
3 tbsp seasalt
2 tbsp sugar
4-5 stalk fresh oregano
Honey bbq sauce for brushing

Method;
1:Preheat oven to 350F on bake setting.Prepare a baking tray ,lined over aluminum foil.
2:Combine Mesquite,sugar and seasalt in na bowl,then rub all over the whole ribs.Remove Oregano leaves from the stalk ,then spread all over the ribs.
3:Baked whole ribs for 1 hours on each side.Then brush with some honey bbq sauce on the ribs,bake for another 5 minutes,then remove from oven.
4:Cut and serve warm.
