Summer is time for outdoor activity and bar-bar-que.Usually we bar-bar-que chicken,burger,hot dog and steak, but instead I prefer to bar-bar-que fish .Bought some boneless frozen tilapia ,then wrapped with butter in aluminum foil,so when the grill is hot,I just place the aluminum foil wrapped over the fire for 5 minutes on each side.Then I brush with some BBQ sauce before serve!! Taaaa---dah!! We have grilled tilapia!! If you like grilled fish,try boneless tilapia!! It's really awesome!! Delicious and cost effective!!

Ingredients:
2 pieces frozen boneless tilapia
1/2 stick salted butter,cut into 4 tbsp or 4 pieces
2 sheets 12x12 aluminum foil
4 tbsp honey BBQ sauce for brushing
handful cut cilantro
Method: 1:Place boneless tilapia over 12x12 inch aluminum foil.Then spread 1 tbsp butter on each side of the fish.Fold the fish over aluminum foil on each side and then front to back tightly.(you can prepared in advance and place the prepared fish in freezer)
2:Prepared BBQ grill at high heat,place each wrapped fish over the fire.Grill each side for 5 minutes,then open the foil,brush with some honey BBQ sauce on the fish.(if the fish is still frozen ,let it thawed first before grilling)
3:Sprinkle with cilantro and serve warm.

I like to grill fish this way too. Wrap them in alluminium foil. Less mess on the grill. Less clean up to do. You could also add some onion, garlic and ginger as the bed for the fish. Emm...yummy!
This is the same fish I bought every week. No bones and no cleaning. Is Carlos fav fish too. Going to get more since my sisters is coming next week. Maybe we can grill it like yours.
I guess it must be great fun to have BBQ outdoor. I had tried to grill my food using an indoor grill and created a lot of smokes in the kitchen. I stop using it after that. ;)
