5 lb ground minced beef
2 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp fine salt
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fine sugar
2 tbsp caynne powder
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Method For Patties:
1: Combine all seasoning,eggs,flour and ground beef in a large bowl. Mix well thoroughly until blended.
2:Shape patties about 1/2 -3/4 inch thick ,about 200-250 gm each. Place shaped burger in air tight container,for each layer place a wax paper in between the patties for easy remove when frozen. Repeat the ground mixture until finish.
3: Store the shaped patties in freezer.When you need to cook,just removed each patty with butter knife.
4: I used Foreman Grill and sometimes non-stick skillet to grill the burger.No oil needed when grilling in skillet. I also didn't cook through the patties coz I believed fillet mignon meat is better cook medium rare.
5:Top with lettuce,cheese or tomato,then sandwich with bun.Serve warm immediately. This fat and juicy burger is really delicious !! Hubby love it!
