Ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups butter,softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate morsels(chips)
1 cups white chocolate morsels (chips)
1/2 cup crush almonds nuts
Method:
1:Preheat oven to 375 F.Prepare parchment over 2 ungreased baking sheets.
2:Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl.,set aside.Whisk butter, white sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy.Add in egg one at a time, then vanilla extract into the mixture.
3:Gradually beat in flour mixture together until well mix.Stir in both morsels and crush almonds nuts, mix well.
4: Drop dough using 1/2 of ice cream scoop level and measure 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
5:Bake in the preheats oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.Removed from oven and cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before remove to wire rack to cool down completely.
Yield 4 dozen.
Note;
This cookies is really good, semi soft inside and crunchy on the outside. You can play around with the ingredients like add in 2 or 3 types of chocolate chip and any nuts..But remember if you add in more chocolate morsels, reduce the white sugar which I did.

OMG....they look simply awesome. I could really go for about 4 of them and a HUGE glass of milk.
Wow, it looks really good too, just like those I liked. Thanks for this recipe, will bookmark it!
I am so jealous looking at your cookies. They are simply awesome! I made my oatmeal raisin cookies but it was a total failure! Hai..(*sigh*). Maybe I didn't add enough oatmeals and raisins. Btw may I know how many cookies can u make with this recipe (& also the oatmeals raisins cookies)?

oh ! as for oatmeal raisin cookies,I make about 2 dozen, the size I make is quite big.You can use 1 tbsp measurement when you scoop out the dough,so when after baking it's won't proof as big as mine.Again it's depand like size you like.I used 1/2 ice cream scoop size
Thanks for the recipe. I made these to share with friends, and they looked and tasted great.
