1/2 head small cabbage (cut and wash)
1/2 lb snow peas ( cut the tip of each snow pea and pull out the tough string that runs along its side)
1 medium carrot (peel and sliced)
1 small bell pepper( cut cube)
1 large onion(peel and cut cube)
2 clove garlic (peel and minced)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
1: Wash and cut vegetables accordingly,drain set aside.
2:Prepare skillet or wok at high heat,add in oil and garlic,fry until fragrant or brown, quickly add in all the cut vegetables and seasoning.Stir-fry for 1 minutes or less ,removed for heat and dish out immediately.Do not over cooked vegetables.
3:Check the taste and serve warm with rice or pasta.
