Fried Macaroni with Minced Meat

My daughter love Macaroni cheese but I run out of the prepacked Kraft Mac Cheese in my pantry.I quickly cook a box of macaroni and make some macaroni cheese for her.I 'm not a fan of macaroni cheese,actually I'm not a cheese person. You can give me spicy chili or curry or sambal food everyday, I won't complaint but not cheese!! So I use the remaining of the cooked macaroni to make Fried Macaroni for myself!! This simple pasta dish is quick and easy to cook.

Ingredients:


1/2 box macaroni (cooked)


300-500 gm minced meat ( pork or chicken or beef)


3-4 cloves garlic ( minced)


3 eggs


2 tbsp oyster sauce


1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder


1 tbsp thick soy sauce


1 tbsp soy sauce


1 tsp white pepper powder


2-3 tbsp cooking oil



For Garnishing:*optional*


1 stalk cilantro


1-2 red fresh chili (cut or sliced)


2 tbsp fried shallot









Method:



1:Boil water with salt in a medium pot and cook macaroni as per-instruction on the box until al dente.Sieve and set aside ,not over cooked.


2:Prepare skillet or wok at high heat,add in oil and eggs to scramble.Dish scramble eggs out,set aside.Add in some oil with minced garlic,fry until fragrant or until brown but not burn.Then add in minced meat,I used pork,fry for 1 minutes before add in macaroni pasta.


3:Add in all the seasoning ,mix well and reduced heat to medium.Add in scramble eggs and taste the seasoning before removed from heat and dish out.


4:Garnish before serve warm.
