3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 pack Hersey Mini Kisses Semi Sweet or Milk Chocolate
1: Heat oven to 350 F.Sieved flour,salt and baking soda in a separate bowl,set aside.
2: Beat butter and shortening in large bowl with mixer until well mixed.Add sugar and brown sugar,beat well.Add egg and vanilla,beat until fluffy. Stir together flour,baking soda and salt,gradually add to butter mixture,beating until well blended.Shape into 1/2 inch balls.Repeat the process until the dough finish,place on un-greased cookies sheet.
3:Bake 5-6 minutes or until set.Immediately press Mini Kiss Chocolate into center of each cookie.Remove cookies from cookie sheet to wire rack for cooling.Let's it completely cool down before store in air tight container.
You will see some unbalance Mini Kiss Choco on the cookies,not center..My almost 4 years old daughter insist to help me with the pressing...She even help me to removed all the Mini Kiss Chocolate wrapper..So you can see the Mini Kisses is quite blur , not shiny at all...
