I loved your recipe! I had Nasi Lemak at Penang in Boston and I had to figure out how to make those picked vegetables if it was the last thing I did. Then I found your recipe and I was in Achat heaven. I love your recipe, it is so easy to follow and make. I used to store bought sambal belecan so it was even easier. I made this recipe for my friend who is Malay, and she loved it. She had never made Achat herself before. Now she is asking for it again. The funny thing about that, is that I am Colombian and here I am making Achat for my Malay friend. Your recipe made that possible. Thanks!
