Ingredients:
3 zucchini (peel and cut )
10 large shrimp (clean and deviened)
1 carrot(peel and sliced)
5-6 garlic(peel and minced)
4 tbsp butter(soften)
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp white pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1:Peel,wash and cut all the vegetable,set aside.Mixed minced garlic with butter and heavy cream ,store at freezer in advance.
2:Prepare skillet or wok(I don't have flat iron pan) at high heat.Add in butter mixture and let it sizzle ,be careful don't let it's burn.Add in shrimp ,stir fry for 2 minutes before add in carrot and zucchini.
3:Sauteed for 2 minutes,add in soy sauce,white pepper powder and salt.Let the vegetable simmer for another 3-5 minutes.Adjust the seasoning to your taste before remove from heat.Serve warm with hibachi fried rice or hibachi fried noodles.
Note:
The main key or secret to cook hibachi is the butter mixture.You can use bean sprout,onion ,broccoli and other green for the vegetables.

I just love the Hibachi cooking style especially their crispy vegetables. Now you make me wanted to cook some with shrimp.

I bet stir-frying with the butter mixture made the dish more aromatic and appetizing. I will try this next time I do a stir fry! :)

Your dish looks beautiful! I didn't know hibachi cooking style is to use butter and heavy cream. Using one stick of butter to cook this dish, it's really fattening leh.

Thank you:))..thanks for correct my mistake..the butter is only 4tbsp ,I keep thinking 1/4 stick is 8 tbsp..aiyooo old already liao!lol!eat once awhile butter in cooking is ok la.life is short:))

Have been zucchini in stores here too but I don't think they are that cheap.
i love zucchini and they are cheap here! hoho! it's my favorite veggie and i am sure it's delicious cooked this way.
