Ingredients:
1 bunch Chinese chives(cut 2 inch long)
1 head broccoli(cut small)
1 carrot(peel and sliced)
1 bell pepper(cut )
1 large onion(cut)
1 box soft tofu(cut 6 pc)
5-6 garlic(minced)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 inch ginger (sliced)
2 tsp chicken bullion powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp corn flour for tofu coating
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
This dish is suitable for those who are on carb diet or vegetarian.If you're a straight vegetarian,you have to omit garlic ,chicken bullion powder and oyster sauce.I love this new design of claypot,it's easy to wash,bigger space and look presentable.
Method:
1:Wash and cut all the vegetables,set aside.Prepared skillet with oil at high heat to pan-fried tofu coated with corn flour.Fried tofu both side until golden brown,set aside.
2:Use the same skillet ,add in minced garlic and ginger,fry until golden brown,then add in all the vegetables ,oyster sauce,chicken bullion powder and and salt.Stir fry for 2-3 minutes,then pour the vegetables into the claypot. Note:

This looks delicious. I found you on food gawker. On the food gawker website they say this dish is vegetarian. They oyster sauce and chicken bullion are not vegetarian ingredients. I realize you didn't claim this was vegetarian. I just thought I'd point this out for anyone clicking through who might want to make this for a vegetarian friend.
I always like food in claypot. It taste so much better. So far I have yet to cook anything else in it beside claypot rice. mmm maybe I should cook this over the weekend for Diana and me.

Mine claypot is quite big than the regular one.There have few sizes ,some even bigger than what I have.I think this claypot is good for 3-4 person.

From what I understand Buddishism don't take garlic.Why?.Some Chinese Buddhists refrain from consuming onions or garlic, because they are thought to increase sexual desire and anger. WEll,you can google and see what they said.
