5 cloves garlic(peeled)
I bundle fresh basil leaves(washed)
1/2 cup walnut
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper to taste
*Blend above ingredients until fine*Ingredients for the Pasta
1/2 box of pasta (any kind)
5-6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 piece of chicken breast (slice thinly)
10 shrimp (clean and deviened)
1 large onion(sliced)
1 large green pepper(sliced)
1/4 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of pesto
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
Method:
1. Cook pasta according to the box instruction until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add in garlic,shrimp and chicken meat.Stir fry until lightly brown. Add in onion and green pepper for a minute.
3. Add in half and half, pesto and Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil
4. Lastly toss in the pasta and stir until well combined and sauce thicken. Serve warm .Actually I make this Shrimp and Chicken Presto Pasta for Elliot but he prefer red sauce rather than creamy white sauce.Anyway,I still left plenty Presto paste ,so I freeze it in the freezer.Surprisingly I like the creamy cheesy taste and flavor of this presto pasta.That right ,it's really easy to make.Enjoy it!
