Sauteed Spicy Sambal Shrimp Mango

Mango is relatively cheap in summer.Last week I realised I bought too much mango and some still sitting in the fridge.Well,what to do with these mango?..hmmmmm......how about make some mango cake?..but I still have cupcake and cream puff in the fridge..How about spicy sambal mango shrimp?.sound good right??Ingredients:


1 Mango(peel and sliced)


1 large onion(peel and sliced)


1 green pepper(sliced )


20 shrimp(clean deviened)


2 tbsp Sambal belacan paste


1 tbsp sugar


1 tsp salt


2 tbsp oil


1 lime( extract juice)


Method:


1:Wash and cut,shrimp, vegetable and mango.


2:Heat skillet with oil at high heat,add sambal belacan paste,fry for 1-2 minutes.


3:Add in shrimp ,mango and vegetables,stir fried for 3-5 minutes.Then add sugar and salt,mixed well.Removed from heat.Add in extract lime juice before serve warm with rice.


Note:


If you want your mango crunchy ,use unripe mango.if you don't have lime,you can replace with tamarind powder or apple cider vinegar.Enjoy:)

Nothing can go wrong with this dish. Sweet, sour and spicy :) Goes well with rice.
