Chilliz's Prawn Noodle Soup

I used the leftover shrimp soup to make Prawn Noodle Soup(Har Mee or Hokkien Mee). It's really simple,I just add a ready make Chilliz Prawn Noodle paste into the shrimp soup. The paste box itself have all the instruction and method ,how to make this simple and delicious noodle soup.As easy as ABC.... I add boneless chicken breast into the boiling soup, after 5 minutes, removed and shredded .I microwave the rice noodle, yellow soft noodle, bean sprout, mustard green and shrimp for 2 minutes.Of course, don't forget about the hard boiled egg.Yes,you do see some pork ribs on the noodles soup, that is the pork ribs I used to make the soup base....When it ready to serve ,sprinkle some fried shallot ..

For me, I love to add Tean's Crispy Shrimp Chili with my Prawn Noodle. You can get it from mytasteofasia if you can't find it else where in your place.MyToA have a good selection of Asian paste as well..
I microwave for 2 minutes, then sprinkle some scallion and egg on it before pour Prawn soup into it..
This is the Chilliz Prawn Noodle Stock Paste....It's said serve to 4-6 person....I add in some salt and rock sugar to taste after adding this paste.
Again,I used this shrimp and pork ribs base soup..Just heat up again before adding the Prawn Noodle Stock paste .Overall I ,myself eat this whole container of soup for 3 days..It's really good the second days..We Asian never get tired of eating noodles soup.Noodle, rice and soup are the staple of our culture.
