Stir Fried Beef Thai's Style

When we was at Thai's restaurant last month,I ordered a non-spicy Seafood Cashew nuts meal for hubby.I forget what is the name of the dish.Hubby love his dish and keep talking about how good the red onion they cooked..Well,yesterday I bought a piece of chuck steak fillet,so I decided to make this dish for him with my own version...Here it's goes....

Ingredients:
300 g steak(removed fats and sliced)
1/2 bell pepper/capsicum(cut and sliced)
I large onion (cut quarted)
5 cloves of garlic( minced )
2 tsp of fish sauce
1 tbs of oyster sauce
1 tsp of chicken flavor bouillon
1-2 tsp of sugar
3 tbs of oil

Today again I cook the second batch dish for him.He love it and finish the whole plate I cooked for him yesterday.Hubby request that I cook exactly like yesterday version with extra onion and no bell pepper. I found a small piece of fillet Mignon hidden in the corner of freeze and might as well use it..

Method:
Heat your wok,add in oil and minced garlic,stir fry until golden brown.Add sliced beef, cut onion and capsicum , stir fry for a few minutes.Add oyster sauce, fish sauce,chicken bouillon and sugar.Stir fry for a few more minutes before serving.Do not over cook the beef and onion.Serve with jasmine rice..
Note:
Do not add water,beef then to have water retention.Also make sure beef are not overcook,it will be rubbery and chewy.The onion must be crispy and crunchy.
