Seafood and Chicken Cashew Nuts

I was able to get mixed seafood from Trader's Joe to cook this dish that hubby ate from Thais restaurant on my Birthday .Last week, I used beef instead of seafood to cook this dish. This mixed frozen seafood contain of bay scallop, shrimp and calamari for $5.99 a pound, not bad ,right?.I don't have to clean and cut the calamari ,just run the seafood under cold water before cooking.I add in some chicken , asparagus, bell pepper and of course, a lot of big onion!!.Well, the sauce is the same sauce I used to cook stir fried beef Thais style
I sprinkle some cashew nuts on top of the dish before serving..I like my cashew nuts crunchy not soggy and mushy.Hubby love it,he have no idea both beef and seafood cashew nuts are from the same sauce!!

I prefer unsalted cashewnut for cooking.I think this pack cost $3.99 ...I forget already...I also bought almond, sunflower nut and pine nut..I know it's under $5.00!!..hahaha!!

mmmmm delicious. Mixed seafood with cashew sounds really good. I too buy all my nuts from Trader Joe's because they are really fresh.
