Chicken Purple Cauliflower

Today I, do some food shopping at Walbaum and Meat Market. I need to store all my new purchase in fridge, then I realise mostly all my vegetables was gone case...*shocked*....Scallion,cilantro,lime,red chili pepper and bell pepper have to go to trash..I was able to save some of my purple cauliflower..Well,I think my purple cauliflower was inside zip lock bag, that the reason it's still OK.. but I have to remove some brown part on the top.I bought some boneless chicken breast today,so I sliced with and coated with corn starch and soy sauce for few minutes before cooking.
I minced some garlic, stir fry until brown ,then add in clean purple cauliflower.I add a cup of water and marinated chicken breast, let it simmer for 5-8 minutes. Then I add in 2 tsp of chicken chicken bouillon powder and some oyster sauce.Let it cook for another 3-5 minutes before ready...Then serve with white rice...Well,the purple color from the natural cauliflower do come out after simmering...you can see the sauce do have some purple color too..I think purple cauliflower are much sweeter than the regular white one.....well,what do you think?.

I used half of this purple cauliflower for raw salad on Thanksgiving dinner.
